There is no cup with it but has a raised ridge where one would probably sit. It measures 6"x10". There are two small handles on each side. The painting is wonderful of greens/creams with a hint of blue. White/cream flowers and leaves. Thick gold band around perimeter of plate. Handpainted marked Germany Three Crown China. Measures 8 1/2". The colors are pale and soft white and pink roses, all opened, with raised gold gilding for leaves and for vines. There also is a gold rim around plate slightly worn off. Overall great vintage condition.
